What do you need to bring?

If a claim has already been made to your insurance company be sure to bring the CLAIM NUMBER and any other documents associated with the accident

  1. IF NOT CLAIM HAS BEEN MADE YET….we will need to have the police report number to refer to the accident.

  2. Bring your personal insurance information as well!!  Your car insurance claims funds sometimes become depleted, and therefore medical care will need to carry over onto your personal insurance! 

    ***If you don’t have insurance be prepared for any REMAINING charges not covered by your car insurance will be YOUR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REGARDLESS OF AWAITING COURT CASES.
