After you have given your stomach a chance to recover from the vomiting, you may start eating soft foods such as:

  • Toast
  • Crackers
  • Rice
  • Cereal
  • Bananas
  • Scrambled eggs

Avoid anything that will further upset your stomach, such as spicy and fibrous foods.
